There is no support desk and no ticket queue. There is us, an inbox, and a reasonable chance of a reply within a couple of days.
Pick whichever line below fits what you need. Putting the right thing in the subject genuinely helps, because everything lands in the same place.
Something is broken
A score that did not save, a legal link the game rejected, a player missing from the pool, a page that will not load on your phone. Tell us what you did, what happened, and which browser you were on. A screenshot doubles the odds we can fix it.
hello@impossiblexi.comFeature ideas & feedback
The in-game wishlist is the fastest route and we read every entry, but email works too. Ideas that several people ask for independently tend to be the ones that get built.
hello@impossiblexi.comYour data
Want a copy of what is stored against your account, or want the account and its leaderboard entries deleted? Email from the address you signed up with and say which. Deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed.
hello@impossiblexi.comCreators & press
If you make football content and want to play this on stream or on a channel, get in touch. No approval needed to cover it, and happy to set up private leagues, custom challenges, or anything else that makes the video better.
hello@impossiblexi.comLegal & takedowns
If you represent a rights holder and believe something on this site infringes your rights, email with the specific page or asset, the right you hold, and your contact details. See the disclaimer for how this project uses factual football data.
hello@impossiblexi.comEverything else
Questions, corrections to a player's club history, an argument about whether a link should count. All welcome. The last one especially.
hello@impossiblexi.comIf your question is about the rules, the about page explains how linking works. If it is about what data the site stores, the privacy policy covers it. If it is about whether this is an official product, it is not, and the disclaimer says so at length.
